Generally, the best place to start is just to evaluate and become aware of where you are at now. Most people don't keep a food journal and have no idea what macronutrients or calories they are currently intaking. You might be surprised! Most people think they need to eat less to lose weight , for example. You might actually be eating too little and slowing down your metabolism! I can go on and on about the science and how the metabolism works but let's save that for later. I'm here to help you understand food and how it works in your body at a cellular level. However, I will keep it simple for you to understand and learn. Educating you is the most important thing to me. The more you actually learn, the more independent and better you will be. I want to evaluate your relationship with food so we can customize a plan to improve it, correct it, and help that relationship flourish. A healthy relationship is the key to lasting success.
